Spiked Kielbasi
My notes:
This was so delicious, the sauce has a nice sweet and sour flavor that works really well with kielbasa. For the beer I used a Yuengling lager which was good and not overpowering. I served this with pan fried perogis topped with sauteed onions.

  1. Aww, the recipe card shown here is the exact same design that my mom used when I was growing up. Anytime I see it, I can't help but feel the biggest swell of happy nostalgia well up inside my heart. I really should track down some unused ones for my own culinary collection one of these days. Thank you for reminding me about them - and for sharing another scrumptious recipe with us.
